Setup Time: Setup begins at 7:45 AM, and we kindly ask that all vendors complete their setup by 8:30 AM. The event officially starts at 9:00 AM, and we want to ensure everything is ready for a great experience! Vendors arriving after 9:00 AM may not be able to be accommodated.
Vendor Requirements: Each vendor is responsible for providing the following:
A tent (no larger than 10’ x 10’), subject to approval by the Boca Farmers Market team
Four (4) twenty (20) pound weights for each 10’ x 10’ tent, totaling 80 pounds
Tables, tablecloths, chairs, and any additional equipment you may need
Clear, professional signage displaying your business name and pricing
Generators: Small, quiet generators under 5KW are welcome but must be approved by the Boca Farmers Market team. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all, please make sure your generator is not too loud or smoky. If there are any concerns, we may need to ask you to turn it off.
Assistance and Liability: Our staff and fellow vendors are happy to help you set up your tent or equipment, but please note that the Boca Farmers Market and other vendors cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during setup. It’s important that vendors are mindful and take responsibility for their own items during the process.
Tent Weights and Safety: To ensure the safety of all, tents must be properly weighted at all times, no matter the weather. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their tent to people or property. If a tent does not meet the safety guidelines, event staff may kindly ask for it to be taken down.
Each tent should have at least 20 pounds of weight on each leg.
Please secure the top of each leg to the weights using bungee cords or string.
Tents should be clean and in good condition, with no broken or missing parts.
Breakdown: Vendors are kindly asked not to break down their booths before 1:00 PM. If you must leave early, please inform the Boca Farmers Market team. At the end of the day, all items—including trash—should be removed and properly disposed of. All vendors should be off-site by 2:00 PM and leave the area as they found it.
Vendor Booth Space:
Please cover your tables with a clean tablecloth.
Vendors’ products should be pre-approved by the Boca Farmers Market. If any unapproved items are found, we’ll kindly ask you to remove them. Please note, there is no exclusivity in the market, and it’s common to see multiple vendors offering similar items. This market focuses on real/natural foods, local produce, and homemade goods. We ask that all products be family-friendly.
Vendors should remain within their designated 10’ x 10’ space. Tables, chairs, boxes, equipment, and coolers should not extend outside this area.
Please keep your booth space clean at all times.
A price list should be visible for all items being sold.
Subletting or sharing booth space is not allowed.
To maintain the overall appearance of the market, the Boca Farmers Market reserves the right to manage the look of the space. Vendors may be asked to leave if their booth detracts from the market’s image (e.g., dirty canopies, rusted tables, missing tablecloths, or torn signage).
